We spent the last year trying to find ourselves and figure out a balance between what people want and what we love to do. Being in the service industry, we are in the mission of making people happy after all. So after much exploring and listening to our beloved customers’ feedback and comments, we decided to introduce an all-day dining menu.
Staying True to Our Philosophy
As with when we first opened our doors almost two years ago, our food still focuses on making things from scratch whenever possible, using only quality, seasonal ingredients that are sustainably sourced. We are continuously committed to working very closely with our suppliers to ensure you get only the best each season has to offer.
New Menu Offerings
So we hope you like the new menu and that our food feels like sunshine or a warm hug! It is a culmination of our community’s favorites such as the Brunch Plate, Pumpkin Gnocchi and the Beef Short Rib.
We also have dishes inspired by our team’s various heritages and travel experiences. The Lemongrass & Assam Grilled Chicken for example, is a tribute to Claudia’s (our founder) Thai heritage and Chef Victor’s childhood memory of a trip withthis mother to Thailand. Evan’s Chicken Salad is named after Claudia’s husband, and is essentially a Chinese Chicken Salad that he frequently eats while on their annual trips to LA.
It is our policy that no dish goes on the menu unless everyone on our team (including our servers) loves it.
