Recipe Highlight: Baked Fish with Tomato Sauce and Tarragon Butter

Ingredients

80g Plentyfull’s Home-Made Tomato Sauce
30g Plentyfull’s Anchovy & Tarragon Butter
180g Khulbarra Barramundi
2g Kosher Salt
1g White Pepper

Method

1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Place on a tray and bake at 180 degress Celcius for 10 minutes.
3. Heat up Tomato Sauce in a separate pot, adjust seasoning according to preference.
4. Once hot, pour over in a plate, put the fish on top of the sauce,  place Tarragon Butter on top of the fish.
5. Serve & Enjoy.
